I’m having the same issue! I have contacted Verizon chat no help at all! Then contacted Verizon on Twitter they tried I was on with them for a day and a half and nothing they could do either I’m so frustrated! I ordered Sunday Nov 8th! Tracking info said would get on Nov 11th est! I track it and it says still processing!
