Block Porn sites

I have spent several hours trying to resolve this issue with Verizon.  I'm more responding to Verizon reply to an earlier post about needing more information. The post was from 2018. Guess what they still doesn’t have an answer. 

I have provided the sites, the phone numbers,  the other Verizon customer doing this. There is nothing they can do. They only stop websites being accessed by minors. 

Other mobile providers have features regarding harassing or spam features. 

It's very discouraging for a company that I have been with for over 20 is going to make me switch companies over this.

Hours have been spent on this to only come to the end of the road. I don't want to say they don't care.. but when you have to look outside of your provider for help.. with all of today's technology... what does it say.

Fraudulent email - Copy and paste the email content into a new email or forward the message to phishing@verizonwireless.com for internal review.

Fraudulent text message - Forward suspicious text messages to 7726 (Verizon Corporate Security) from the device it was received on.

Thank you for your reply. I have done all of this to no prevail. The text messages have websites (porn sites) attached.

My original call filter had a thousand blocked numbers, the representative reset it, erasing all those numbers with no way to retrieve them.

I have forwarded 30 or so text messages from last week including the website link.

Spent over 2 hours with a representative on chat to show what was going on.

The best advice was get a block filter.

Excuse me for my apprehension in wanting to download and app that I don't know what will happen to my phone.

The messages still keep coming and this has all started with my pyscho ex wife who is also a Verizon customer. Her name is on a lot of the messages.

I can't change my number because my daughter will give it to her. I can't go to file any charges without alienating my daughter.

Any help would be greatly appreciated

I'm just wondering why there are not options available on Android that there are on iPhone along with suggestions that Google has? Why aren't the same features not available across all devices? It seems like it would be a programming feature.

Google suggestions that there are caller ID and spam settings that can be toggled that would block sites calls and messages.  Samsung even has a way to block suspicious sites. This shouldn't be a difficult issue to address if you cared about your customers and service.

You advertise that you're the best, so why is this not the best service
