I don't want to use visual voice mail. I disabled it on MyVerizon. Now I keep getting an error notification message whenever someone leave a voice mail message for me. It says visual voice mail cant connect... and keeps popping up over and over. I want my basic voicemail back from the good ol days. You get a notice you have a voicemail and you call into the mail box, enter your pin and listen to the messages.
How do I get this working correctly, the way I want it too?

Call customer service at 1-800-922-0204 from a landline or *611 from your phone and request they remove the Visual Voicemail feature from your line and add the Basic non-visual voicemail feature.
