After 14 total hours on the phone and in chats I now have an phone that works. Im using a 4g sim card in a 5g phone and getting 60mbps speed on average and at times 84mbps. The 5g network wasn't ready to deliver the promises Verizon gave. I ask have the 5g sim card. Maybe after a year I'll see if it's any better.
