Switched from Verizon to tmoible took our s22 ultra with us we put the tmoible SIM card into the phone and it said a the phone is locked to Verizon. Install a Verizon SIM card. 
I called Verizon and they say the phone is unlocked on there end and we should call Samsung. I called Samsung and they said that they cannot do anything about it Verizon has to unlock it. The phone is paid off so we have a phone we can only use for a Verizon.
