S22 trade in issue

I opened 2 new lines and signed up for the trade in program. I received 1 return box, I called and an agent told me to send both back in the same box/envelope, 'they'll know the account when they scan the barcode'. 

My trade in has been received for over a week now with no update, I've called several times and can't get a straight answer as to how to handle this. I want each phone to credit each of the 2 new lines. It only shows 1 trade pending on my account.

Please help.

S22+ trade in issue 

We ordered 3 S22+ on March 9 or 10th. We received the black one right away with no instructions of how to return the trade in one. The second one (green) came today still no instructions of how to return. We are still waiting for the pink one (not surprised because we knew from the start it would take a while). Now I am getting concerned that if we wait until we get the 3rd one for the instructions for return it may be past the 30 day return time we have to get the credit. Do I wait or how do we return the first two?
