S4 external email account keeps resetting?

In the last month I have had to set my external email account in my S4 four times... my accounts keep resetting (dissapearing) overnight! Anyone with the same problem? It is very annoying opening email and finding out you have to set it again.

We definitely want to get this resolved, FdlP. What email account are you using? Gmail, yahoo, corporate account? Please provide us more details so we can better assist.

Thanks for the info FdlP. I'm confident that we can get this resolved for you. May I ask is this a work email or a personal email? Also, is there any special security settings that we may need to be aware of. I also want to be sure that you are on the correct sowftare version. Please go to Settings > About Phone and provide the software, android, & baseband version on the device.

I am having the same problem with the stock email client.  I have one corporate ActiveSync email account going to Microsoft hosted exchange, and three POP3 accounts.  At least once a day. the client configuration gets blown away and when I enter the email client, it asks me to configure an account.

Any insights appreciated.

We definitely don't want any disappearing acts for your email accounts! Let's make sure we get to the bottom of this.

Do all four accounts require reconfiguration on a daily basis?

Please try putting your phone in to safe mode: http://vz.to/12dSmzH and removing the accounts manually: http://vz.to/18k5tq1 and then readd them: http://vz.to/17sILIP

Reboot to leave safe mode and keep me posted on your results!
