My earpiece in my new S5 has stopped working, I bought the phone Tuesday (06/10/14) and it was working fine until today(06/13/2014); now the only way I can hear someone on a phone call is by putting them on speaker and we all know what a hassle that is. I've tried doing a hard and soft reset and gone through all the troubleshooting tips Verizon and Samsung have posted about the issue but none of them have worked. And now when I even try to take a phone call or make one my phone restarts with failure every single time.
Take it back and exchange it under the 14 day return policy period.
