that would be nice but i've checked for updates since i got the note5 & get a message that a network connection is required.
Well that wasn't nice of Samsung to modify the code that way! 😞 For the devices I got updates on were manufactured by a different company

you were right, i was going by the last time i checked....now, update unavailable, check later, nothing about network connection.
all the updates went perfect on the s5, up to 5.0 but i'm still going to wait & see how many problems come up.
