S6 Edge Calls won't ring through

I have a Samsung S6 Edge. Some calls ring through, while others don't. I have checked "do not disturb", it is not on. I have dialed *73. It is not forwarded. I am also not in airplane mode. I have "Reset Network Settings". I have also done a complete factory reset on my phone. Some calls still are sent to voicemail after two rings on the caller's end. I should also mention that I HAVE paid my bill. What should my next step be?

We want to make sure all of your calls are coming in properly, Chubbycherub. When did this first start for you? Does this only occur with specific numbers?
