My wife's new S7 Edge battery charge went from 100% to 0% while she was driving 10 minutes to work and using the blue tooth to listen to music. Is this a defective battery? Normal operation? If it can't be fixed she wants to exchange it for another phone. She needs something dependable.
Have you gotten the new update? If you have they always recommend that you clear the cache partition in recovery mode. That is where you hold volume up/home/power.Then you use the volume down to high-lite the wipe cache partition and hit the power key and then volume down to high lite yes and hit the power key again.Then just reboot and if that does not work for your battery issues you may have back up your phone then do the wipe data/factory reset.Hope this helps
