I've had the S7 Edge for about a week and have noticed that it reboots occasionally for no apparent reason and with no user input. I tried wiping the cache and that didn't make a difference. I also noticed a few times that the screen would be really dark when the device was activated and I had to go to the Display setting and boost the Brightness, even though it was set to Auto.
At the store it was suggested that a hard reset might be needed. Looking for an easier remedy if there is one.
