I HAVE HAD MY S7 FOR A YEAR AND A MONTH AND YESTERDAY WHILE I WAS SCROLLING THROUGH AN ARTICLE, THE RIGHT 1/2 OF MY SCREEN FROZE AND WENT GRAY. AFTER READING OTHER FORUMS IT LOOKS LIKE IT IS A HARWARE ISSUE. BUT BECUASE MY PHONE IS JUST OVE A YEAR OLD VERIZON WILL NOT DO ANYTHING. NEITHER THEY NOR SAMSUNG PLAN TO STAND BESIDE THEIR $800 PRODUCT THAT ONLY LASTS JUST OVER A YEAR (CONSEQUENTLY I AM STILL PAYING ON BECUASE OF THE NEW MONTHLY PAYMENT PLAN). MY QUESTION IS WHETHER OR NOT SOMEOWNE HAS A FIX FOR THIS ISSUE (OTHER THAN NEVER PURCHASING A SAMSUNG AGAIN AND SWITCHING CELL PHONE CARRIERS)?

Since unfortunate situations like that can sometimes occur with any device model or carrier the best advice I can think of would be to consider purchasing an extended warranty coverage option with future phones if you want a warranty for longer than a year

i agree, not getting the insurance on an $800+ phone, to save $11/month ain't that smart!!
