My battery is only lasting about 8 hours and I dont use it that much. I already deleted Oculus and Oculus rooms. Help!

I got the Samsung Galaxy S7 on Saturday and it didn't make it through the day on Sunday or Monday after a full overnight charge and moderate use. I returned it Tuesday. It is an absolutely terrible phone for $700. If you can get rid of it, do it.
