I have rebooted my phone, followed all of the directions in the help area already. I tried to us "Chrome Clean up tool", but I cannot get it to load that page either. Keep getting "Awe Snap" error.

I'd suggest backing up your content and doing a factory data reset. When downloading apps and giving permission to xyz 3rd party apps can cause challenges with a device. I've seen it with children downloading apps, games, etc. from the Google Play Store.
One thing you could try before this is the following:
- Go into My Verizon
- Support tab
- Run Device Health Check
This will tell you if you have rogue apps under performance. The other option is to begin deleting 3rd party apps to see if this helps until you find the culprit.

Getting an error with Google Chrome is no fun and we can offer a few recommendations, SCHRAUTH7. You can try clearing cache files: http://vz.to/2pDLqjh. If that does not help, you can try resetting the Google Chrome app: http://vz.to/2pCp2G8. If resetting the app does not help, at that point I would recommend a hard reset.
