My S9 doesn't recognize my password after I set it, now I might be locked out. What do I do prior to the lock out?
We're sorry to hear you're not able to unlock your phone, retcsgt. We know how important it is to avoid having your device reset. Without the correct password, the phone will default to a factory reset to unlock the phone. Is your current phone backed up? If the device is backed up, you will be able to restore content after the reset.
