***Announcement: Early next week, we’ll be merging the current Fios and Wireless Communities into the all new Verizon Community! Beginning the evening of Sunday 12/4, both Communities will be placed in read-only mode. You’ll still be able to visit the Communities and browse content, but login will be disabled. S9 acting like a new phone today ?

Phone was working fine this morning. Was going to send a message, picked up phone and it would not just come on, went through the whole setup like a new phone, my content is GONE!!!!!! After saying SIM already activated, asking if I want to copy content from old phone -- I've had this phone for several months now. Is everything gone?

PATEST74, we never want you to have problems with your device and having it restart as new is not an experience we want you to have. In order to restore you information you would need to have backed up your content. The following link will take you to our Content Transfer page where you can review various ways of checking for backed up content.
