So I've had 4 of the S21 Ultra models all with the same charging port issues. This time, the problem was so bad that the local repair service couldn't revive the thing long enough to clone it for me. Even after opening the case and replacing parts. It never backed up the day she finally died or the night before as it was scheduled. There was very important work related data on it. Does anyone know if anyone in the service department at Verizon or Samsung that would have better luck with my data retrieval? I've been told, and have seen a lot of information pertaining to this model with these issues and the fact that Samsung knows about it but won't do anything.
