I just received a call from "Verizon Fraud Protection," VERY heavily accented recorded voice. I selected the option to connect with an "agent." "Alex" (also very heavily accented 'English') asked "How are you doing?" I answered that I was sure the call was a scam but suggested he keep talking. His response: "[removed] you!" then he hung up. Guessing I was right.

We're so sorry and concerned to hear you received a call like this. We would never talk to our family in that matter, and are thankful that you took time out of your day to provide us with this feedback. What information was requested during the call? What information did you provide? What number did the call from?
