Samsung7 in a continuous restart cycle - get to pin # enter screen and will not advance - instead phone vibrates and starts reboot cycle again. How do i stop the cycle?
Turn phone off, plug in charger for 15 minutes, while still plugged into charger turn phone on. Sometime a little extra juice during startup will knock it out of the loop its in. If this fails try starting it in Safe Mode. If it starts up then you have a third party app that's causing the problem.
