***Announcement: Early next week, we’ll be merging the current Fios and Wireless Communities into the all new Verizon Community! Beginning the evening of Sunday 12/4, both Communities will be placed in read-only mode. You’ll still be able to visit the Communities and browse content, but login will be disabled. Samsung Galaxy S10 5G

This phone keeps freezing. Screen shows Samsung Galaxy S10 5G it will vibrate and the screen will go dark. A bit later it will vibrate and the Samsung Galaxy S10 5 G appears again. Second time this has happened. Any ideas? Second time in two days I have been on hold with Verizon.
