I have the Samsung Galaxy S4 and the screen quit working. I contacted Verizon and they are sending me a replacement. Is there a way to delete my info before sending my original phone back to the company?

Hello MegRNickel!
That's a great question! You can erase all the info on your Galaxy S4 by completing a Hard Reset. You can find the instructions here: http://vz.to/1m1awUA
Be sure everything is backed up or switched to your replacement device before completing this step!
Thank you,

Remove the SD card if you added one prior to the factory reset. You should keep the SD card as well. You also need to remove the SIM card so you can install it in the replacement device.
I'm most definitely NOT a VZW employee. If a post answered your question, please mark it as the answer.

I'm guessing your probably looking for a way to do a factory reset without being able to use your screen on your device. If you had activated the "find my device" you should be able to use that to wipe your device. If not I believe lookout had an app you can remotely download & use to wioe your device. Hope that helps.
