Why does my Galaxy S4 get really hot and give me overheating message while shutting down all my apps? it gets hot when I charge it but I only get the overheating message when I turn on the camera for video chatting, etc. The screen gets really hot to the touch and then it shut down all of the apps. I usually shut it down, remove the battery and let is cool down before starting it back up.
This sounds like it needs to be worked on right away. You can do troubleshooting over the phone, over social media or on our site.
