Samsung Galaxy S7 just started a vertical split screen freeze problem

I tried the 10 second power/down volume thing, no change, and I just tried a factory reset....same problem. Now what? Thx for your help

Please keep us posted on how you make out with this problem.

I have read where others have had this problem and some were helped while others didn't get any help with this.
