My Samsung Galaxy S8 Plus is barely a year old.  Verizon is no longer proving support for this phone.  Does this mean I am released from my contract.  Is Samsung going bankrupt.  You have violated the terms of my contract and posed a security risk.  Verizon needs to take security seriously, this could be worse then the Takata air bag problem.

CellPhoneUser33, I rely on my phone a lot and would feel equally concerned if there were issues with it's functionality. Let's see how we can turn this into a better experience. What specifically do you need support with on this device? How is it functioning overall? When it comes to device issues we work diligently to resolve the problem by troubleshooting or sending a warranty replacement. For this reason, customers are not released from their contract due to phone concerns. Please share details so that we can provide the best solution.
