My manager has a Samsung S10 (all updates) and I have a Samsung S10_ (all updates). When she sends me a text message (only me), it disappears from her phone and then I never receive it. This is ONLY if she initiates the thread to me only. If there are others included in her initiated text, I will receive it. I have witnessed this happening and have not been able to get assistance.
I'm sorry you were having an issue with your texts between your manager and yourself. Let's look into this. When did this start? Can you send her texts? What messaging app are you using? JoeL_VZW
