The microphone on my Samsung S10e sometimes stops working during call, and the caller (whom I can hear perfectly) can no longer hear me. This occurs intermittently (i.e., not on every call), whether the phone is in or out of its folio-/wallet-style case. The issue is binary -- the quality of the audio is clear, it just occasionally shuts off; toggling to speakerphone does not resolve it. I also tried a force stop of Bixby Voice and Dictation then a hard power off/on. Any other ideas?
We certainly want to ensure everyone can hear you on the calls, rmiano! Have you been able to test the calls since your last message to us? Are all the software and apps up to date with your phone? -Nikki
