Samsung S4 mini update not 4.3

The S4 Mini that I received a few weeks ago came with Android 4.2.2. I installed the update MK5 a few days ago which was supposed to include Android 4.3. My phone istalled the update but the phone still indicates 4.2.2. Is this correct or should the phone now be 4.3?

Let's look further into this peterzigzag! Please share your Baseband Verizon and Build number. The most recent update should be Baseband version: I435VRUAMK5 and Build Number: JDQ39.I435VRUAMK5. Thanks you.

Hello peterzigzag. Your phone did receive the correct update based on the baseband and build numbers. In order to get the phone to reflect 4.3 under Android Version, I would recommend completing a master reset. Please keep in mind, completing a master reset will erase anything that is not backed up to an email, Backup Assistant or a SD card. You may follow the steps in the following link to complete this: http://vz.to/1gUo6Xg Please let us know if this continues after a reset is performed.

I did a master reset and it stayed the same. Still on 4.2.2.

Thank you for letting me know. I thought that would be the case. I don't

think this update came with 4.3.

Thanks for all the information by the community. I wanted to present some helpful information to answer any questions about resetting  your phone. The message below is from our steps to reset your Samsung Galaxy s4 and s4mini:

"Performing a hard reset removes all data including the Google  account, system data, app data, app settings and downloaded apps. Only perform a hard reset if absolutely necessary.

Pictures, Videos and Music are also removed. It is recommended to backup this data."

Here are some links to help with the steps and additional information:
