I can start up their data plan, which is very economical when compared to the Verizon Global plan. Everything works fine. I can surf, and even use Skype. However, I cannot get the WIFI Hotspot, USB or BlueTooth tethering to open up. It goes off to validate the subscription and returns a "validation error".
Since I am not using the Verizon plan why would the phone be checking this?
Same lack of hotspot connection with Samsung S4 and Samsung S5 in Bahamas 2015 using BTC SIM..
Does their plan include that? Reading the website for BTC Bahamas plans, it does not include it. Since you are on their plan and their SIM, it's not available.BTC Bahamas
