I have a Samsung Galaxy S9+ only a few weeks old & only used for a little over a week yesterday it froze on me it turns on & off fine & boots to the start screen but once there it only shows the status bar, notification bar at the top & the back arrow on the screen on the bottom left the rest is completely black. I can still click on "items" & notifications but can't see a thing on the page. I can open settings but can't see where to go in it. I have tried several times to factory reset from recovery mode at startup & it won't let me saying mdm does not allow factory reset & proceeds to normally reboot the phone. I have tried starting in safe mode but again the screen is black so it doesn't help. Is there a way to factory reset from a attached physical keyboard? Or ANY other way?? PLease HELP

We understand the concern to be able to use your device, Chughes2215. We see you have tried a factory reset which would be the best step to take in this situation. Another step we can recommend is to connect your device to a PC or laptop and try a software repair. You can find out more information about this step here, https://www.verizonwireless.com/support/knowledge-base-80201/ . You can also try doing a reset using your Andoid manager online. You can find steps to do this on Google support. Follow this link to know more, https://www.support.google.com/accounts/answer/6160491?hl=en . Let us know if this works for you. We are happy to help.
