RAIDERBALL00, having a device with a Black frozen screen is a pain we don't want you to have. I am certain that we can bring your device back to life. Does your device have any moisture, water or physical damage? You mentioned that you did a soft reset on your phone. Were these the steps you followed to do a soft reset?
1. Press and hold the Power + Volume Down buttons for approximately 10 seconds or until the device power cycles. (llow several seconds
2. From the Maintenance Boot Mode screen, select Normal Boot. (Use the volume buttons to cycle through the available options and the lower left button (below the volume buttons) to select. Allow up to 90 seconds for the reset to complete.
