***Announcement: Early next week, we’ll be merging the current Fios and Wireless Communities into the all new Verizon Community! Beginning the evening of Sunday 12/4, both Communities will be placed in read-only mode. You’ll still be able to visit the Communities and browse content, but login will be disabled. Samsung s10 + screen not working

Help! My screen suddenly quit working and is black. It worked all day til about an hour ago. When checking messages half the screen was yellow, now there is nothing. I can feel the vibrations of when a button is touched. I restarted it, but get no picture/ screen.

Oh no, I'm sorry to hear about the issues you're experiencing with your phone. I know how I depend on my phone for just about everything. I'm more than happy to take a deeper look into this to see if we can pinpoint what's going on, this way it can be resolved quickly. What was going on or what were you doing on your phone when this started? Has the phone been dropped or damaged in any way (physical/liquid)?
