Since Last update I have lost SG7 spam blocker in email

I had spam blocking in email prior to last update but it is no longer there in the drop down window.

Yesterday, no one at my Verizon store in Mesa,AZ could not resolve the issue & stated it was due to the last update.

I use Cox for my mail & outlook. All of them work fine.

Email account is from @cox.net [Removed]

In the “More” drop down list… Spam section is missing.
