Sluggish performance

I installed the latest Verizon update and now the performance is very sluggish.  All apps are up to date.  I have an S7

Software updates are supposed to enhance your phone, not bog it down. I'm on the scene and eager to help. When did you download the software update? Can you tell me more about what you mean by sluggish? During which functions (in a particular app, while texting, etc) do you notice your phone struggling?
