Can I have special ringtones were specific contacts?

Yes, u can add ringtones to each contact. 

There are tons of sites out there that will let you download ringtones for free such as http://www.mobile9.com;

Once you find the ringtone(s) you want download it to the phone; you will then have to then copy the files to the Ringtones and the Notifications folders on the device; then find the contact on your contacts list on the phone and then edit said contact. Scroll all the way to the bottom of the contact and you should see options for Ringtone and Message Tone. Select either one of those options and it will take you to another screen where you can find the ringtone(s) that you just downloaded. Once you select the ringtone save the contact; this method can be done to the message tone as well.You can only select one song for the message tone and one song for the ringtone; they both can be the same song.

So once completed when that contact calls your phone you will here that ringtone (if you phone is not on vibrate or silent mode); also if you select a tone for Message Tone when the contact text you the tone will be heard.
