Specific phone number being sent directly to voicemail

Recently, My hospital change to a remote phone service.  Now every time they try to call, it goes to voicemail or does not go through at all.  The phone never rings, and the call never shows up in the history.  I am able receive calls in the same location and about the same time.  There are no phone numbers in my block list.
