Can you get the phone in recovery mode? Volume up-Power-Home. If you can get it to go there try and clear the cache partition. It may help get it past the startup screen. Have you updated the phone or downloaded any new apps before this started?
I do appreciate all that you have tried Sumnesl1. Having a phone that power cycles can be bothersome. I just wanted to clarify. Were you able to get a new phone to fix your issues?
