***Announcement: Early next week, we’ll be merging the current Fios and Wireless Communities into the all new Verizon Community! Beginning the evening of Sunday 12/4, both Communities will be placed in read-only mode. You’ll still be able to visit the Communities and browse content, but login will be disabled. I’m using Zedge but every time I try to use it for my texting app, it’s not coming up for my contacts. I don’t know why.

Hazel_Eyes_4_U, having those special tones for your contacts helps to identify and alert you. We definitely want to work with you to get to the bottom of this. Please know that while we do not support third party apps, we do want to try every trick available at our resources. Which Galaxy device do you have? Are you able to actually select a tone for a contact and the tone does not play after selected or are you receiving some error when attempting to do this? Which messaging application are you using?
