This is ridiculous, I can't even receive my text pin for authentication on my secure accounts. This is unacceptable and Verizon has no way of alerting their customers of outages?
It is crucial that you can get all the messages you need. We certainly don't want you to ever be unable to get support because of a service issue. We're glad to help with any issues. How is service working at this point? Are others in your area having issues at this point as far as you know?
