The voicemail notification doesn't update with the actual voicemails that are in the VM app. How do I get rid of the VM notification?

My mother has a samsung galaxy core phone and she has a notification for voicemails that doesn't go away.  It sits there on the screen and in the notification section.  We have deleted all voicemails and the notification still doesn't go away... Any ideas?

That does sound strange that the visual voicemail notifications are not clearing on your device, Jailbright. Let me help those notifications to be cleared out. Can you try to reset your visual voicemail app data? Here’s a link to the steps http://tiny.cc/vv7qby and post back with the results.  EdwinW_VZW
