Can you be more specific? Tracked ... in what way?
We are all being tracked in some form or another - if you use a credit card, shop in stores with video surveillance, make phone calls from your cell phone, use GPS, do check ins via Facebook, take photos with your phone camera with location turned on ... etc. Unless you are completely paranoid, use cash only, don't have or use your cell phone, you can be tracked. Whether anyone is actively tracking you (stalking you?) is another matter...
