Like so many others, UPS claims my trade in for my S22 is lost. It's been "delayed" at their Dallas warehouse since March. I've looked through forums and noticed that this is a rampant problem for many users. Verizon, when will you fix your system so this stops happening? All I want is my $800 trade in credit for my account. I'll happily email any Verizon member who can help a video of me boxing up the phone, the related tracking number, and a picture of the receipt from the UPS store.
