Just did the latest software update and now my GS9 says moisture detected in USB. It was just fine when I plugged it in last night until the update ran. Why is it back? I want to go back to the previous software! So annoying!
I have same issue with my Samsung Note 9 after installing an update. I installed update on Friday, June 11, 2021 and error message stated on Sunday. Absolutely locked me out. I was not able to back up my phone or obtain any pictures/content in my old phone. Extremely frustrating because I lost all contacts.
