I just transferred from Cricket. Other then the temp password(s) I've gotten from Verizon, I haven't been able to get any other Codes (PayPal, Credit Karma, etc) . And I have yet to do my taxes, so I really need this resolved!
I've already went and checked my Blocked Ports and everything was off. Restarted the phone a few times and still no codes. Help! 🙂
We appreciate you choosing us as your new carrier Bear_1967 and understand the importance of receiving your messages. To clarify, is the issue only with receiving messages from companies or do you have trouble with receiving regular texts as well? Did you port your number from your previous carrier or did you get a new phone number when switching to us?
