This pop up keeps coming up on my phone. I can press ok couple of times then it comes right back after a moment. I have gone to the boot screen and cleared the cache as well as checked all of the disabled apps enabled them again and still nothing. Any ideas?
Which phone model do you have? Is this on cellular or wifi or both?

Galaxy S7 Edge. It's on both wifi and cellular.
eliminate 1 & reboot.
