Hi, I have an unresolved trouble ticket from )6-03-2020.
How do I reach a human being in tech support? I've been on hold, listening to music since 6:00pm.
Meanwhile my reported trouble from two days ago is NOT FIXED even after I received a text stating that it was.
Verizon now has the worst customer service.
