Update on 1/19/14....anyone else having an issue?

The update occurred and now two weeks later it is draining my battery in about 6 hours and the mophie case can't even charge it back to 100%. I just spent 20 minutes on the phone with support and they have no idea of what can be done except to stop some of the functions that are running. I also just noticed that my email is not coming through. I LOVED this phone......and then the update happened
