User guide not available in english

Anyone else having this problem with the S8.  My user manual in in a foreign language and not available in English, and when I contact Samsung they asked if I could be more specific on what a user guide was

As noted earlier, where are you looking for the user guide?  There should be one on your phone under Settings > Help.  Another is available via VzW's web site for the S8/S8+:
