I am new to the smartphone and have a Samsung 8. With the virius going on I downloaded an audio book. All I can get is sound from the maiin speaker of the phone. Nothing comes out of the earplugs. I've tried different ones and still no sound. How do I get sound out of the earplugs/earphones and not out of the phone.
I assume you mean headphones and not earplugs. Assuming these are wired headphones, sometimes lint can get into the little hole you plug the headphone jack into. In the past, I have shot some compressed air into the hole to clean it out and it usually will fix the problem.
