Samsung Galaxy S7, Verizon Message+ App
Photo messages stuck on "sending", yet never send.
Have tried switching apps, rebooting phone, removing SIM card. None of these work.
Never had this problem with my cheap-*** Nokia Lumia Windows Phone. Ready to return Galaxy S7 and switch providers.

Does the phone have an active 4G or wifi signal when this is happening?
I'm most definitely NOT a VZW employee. If a post answered your question, please mark it as the answer.

CHAFOL79 - Thank you for the additional details. Having the ability to send text messages is crucial. Let's work together and make sure your text messages are delivered. Is the Verizon messages application up to date? Please open the Play Store and tap o the 3 stacked up lines on the upper left hand side of your screen. Now tap on My apps & games, then on ALL. Scroll down until you find Verizon messages. If it is up to date it will say Installed.
